Pet Policy
Our community welcomes up to 2 pets per apartment! Cats and dogs are allowed, individual pets under 75 lbs., or a combined weight under 100 lbs. Prior to welcoming a pet into your home, residents will be required to pay a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 along with a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per pet.

Off-street parking, reserved carports, Dish Network, and high-speed internet services are available as well.
On the inside, our homes are ready to provide you with everything you need to wind down and recharge. All our Elkhart, Indiana apartments feature in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets, central air conditioning, gas forced-air heating, and cozy patios or balconies. Select homes also feature enlarged living room areas and extra windows, while some two-bedroom apartments feature two bathrooms.
