A big shout out about your maintenance man, Zack. He was courteous, helpful, dedicated to the task and to our satisfaction. He not only helped us but gave personalized service to other apartments in our building. We are very happy we chose this complex to live. - Resident- Apartment Guide
The office staff is patient and extremely helpful. The area is safe and quiet (even in the pet friendly units, where I live). I’ve never had a complaint about the staff, or the repair folk. I don’t think you’ll find a better place to rent anywhere near this price point. 5 stars. - Jeffrey- Google
We love it here. Maintenance and upkeeping are good. We've been here for more than 11 years. We also love the pond. - Menchie- Google
I've lived at North Pointe Apts for at least 11 years. It's a lovely, quiet environment. We live around the pond and enjoy watching the geese/ducks with their new babies every summer. We have a kind and friendly staff. The office team is supportive and helpful. They never rush me off the phone. Cameron and Mike, the maintenance team, are real pros. They are polite and thorough. They've been doing the maintenance work here at North Pointe for some time... - Stephanie- Google
