The office staff is patient and extremely helpful. The area is safe and quiet (even in the pet friendly units, where I live). I’ve never had a complaint about the staff, or the repair folk. I don’t think you’ll find a better place to rent anywhere near this price point. 5 stars. - Jeffrey

I've lived at North Pointe Apts for at least 11 years. It's a lovely, quiet environment. We live around the pond and enjoy watching the geese/ducks with their new babies every summer. We have a kind and friendly staff. The office team is supportive and helpful. They never rush me off the phone. Cameron and Mike, the maintenance team, are real pros. They are polite and thorough.
