Move-In Fees
All applicants over the age of 18 will pay a $75 application fee. Once the application is approved, a $300 non-refundable holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. This is an automatic charge applied towards your move-in costs. Upon move-in, you will be responsible for paying a security deposit.
Reserved carports are offered for $35 per month based on availability.

Our one-bedroom floor plans feature up to 759 square feet, while end units can reach up to 815 square feet. Two-bedroom apartments offer two designs, a 919-square-foot layout with one bathroom and a second model with two bathrooms and up to 963 square feet. Private patios/balconies with enclosed storage spaces and European-style kitchens with breakfast bars are all a given in all our homes, as well as walk-in closets, washer/dryer sets, and central air conditioning systems. Third-floor units take it up a notch with beautiful cathedral ceilings.
To further ensure your peace of mind, we made sure emergency maintenance services are available 24 hours a day. Several utilities are included in rent, and carports are available for lease.
