Move-In Fees
All applicants over the age of 18 will pay a $75 application fee. Once the application is approved, a $300 holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. This is an automatic charge applied towards your move-in costs. Upon move in, you will be responsible for paying a security deposit.

The two-bedroom apartments feature two designs. One of them goes up to 958 square feet and has one bathroom. The second model has two bathrooms and goes up to 991 square feet. Private patios or balconies with enclosed storage space, walk-in closets, and European-style kitchens with breakfast bars are a given in all our homes, while the third-floor apartments are in a league of their own, enjoying beautiful cathedral ceilings.
We made sure you also have plenty of ways to relax and unwind as part of our pet-friendly community and added a sparkling swimming pool with sundeck and Wi-Fi for you to enjoy and a community building to host friends in, among other features. Plus, to make daily life easier, we included the gas for heating, cooking, and hot water, and provide water, sewer, and trash services. Reserved, carport parking is offered and off street parking, and recycling are also part of your North Pointe experience.
